Dish TV Sirion Enterprises Inc. - Dish cable tv

I made the mistake of letting a Dish salesman in the door. I ended up signing a contract for 2 years. I was told and it is stated on my contract that the cost for 2 years would be $29.99 to be auto pay on my Mastercard plus they would cancel my Cox Cable. I got my Cox bill and it had not been removed so that is costing me $65.74, also when I checked my Mastercard bill I was charged $40.00 not the $29.99 that is on my contract. I called Dish and was told I had to meet 3 criteria for the Lesser rate 1, autopay 2, paperless balance, and 3 email address, now this is just stupid that the person could not credit me that charge, but I was told the salesperson was with Sirion Enterprises Inc. And I would have to call them for corrections I was given their number and I have called it everyday since April 9 all I get is a recording that I must leave my number name and reason for calling then I can push a button letting them know it is an urgent call however I have not heard from them. I feel they are a scam and not giving Dish a very reputable name. I hope you can fix this mess for me. Linda Weisser Acct #8255909790838228
