Blockbuster Movie Pass Never Worked, Disconnected After Long Hold

Signed up with Dish because of there blockbuster movie pass and because of technical issues after a month I still cannot access blockbuster movie pass from my computer yet I am paying for it. I've talked to 14 people, nobody can seem to tell me the exact problem, and Oliver the supervisor after leaving me on hold for 30 minutes I was disconnected. This is the worst service I have ever received in a long time. I will call my credit card company tomorrow to stop payment to Dish and go back to Direct tv!
