Did not deliver what they promised

Annually 5 before I registered with Direct TV. They explained they might get me the neighborhood stations in a few months. After I called back so that they might hook them up to, they stated that they'd not have the ability to place it on since the gear they offered us wouldn't have the ability to provide it. When they understood this why could they market it to us? Obviously, we're unhappy with Direct TV.
