Repeated TV Outages, No Credit for Downtime and Poor Call Center

TV on the fritz yet again... After losing too many hours to lousy service call center people I will delete every ATT service I have as the contract expire until I am totally done. I am not even being credited for the time my tv doesn't work! Please avoid this service.
