Dish buyer beware - DISH NETWORK BILLING

Used them for years, average service. Did not need the service when we moved. Called to cancel, they said fine, would send a refund for the balance they owed us, all we had to do was put equipment in a box they would send to us and then we would just send it back. Got a refund check, thought everything was fine. 3 months later get a notice from a collection company. Apparently there was a $15 charge for using the box. They never even sent a bill, just sent the account to collection. Obviously I'll never do business with them again, suggest you avoid.
