I can say that I have alot of bad experience with DirectPath when it comes with thier service... On the other hand I salute the call center agent that assisted me. If I remember it right her name was "Sopia". She was very polite. She was was the first representative that was able to help me and provide me the correct information about my concern. She took time to contact directly and to be able to clarify things. Not only that, she was able to answer ALL my queries for technical and billing concern. If I have one reason to stay with Direcpath, it would be the great experience I have with SOPIA... I hope that Direcpath would hire more agents like her.
