So Random complaint - So Random

My daughter is 13; with speical needs. We watch Disney Channel regularly and when new shows are featured it's a big night in our home. On Sunday night; July 10 the new So Random was on and their was a sketch with a girl that had hook arms. To someone with special needs that was quite offensive as to why Disney would be making fun of someone who was different... Basically Disney Channel is all we have on in our home.
