Registered for Direct TV in- May on the 2-year commitment. They lifted the cost after 2 weeks. I named them-and requested them why and also the rude broker explained " we'd a cost boost and thats the way in which it's". Easily was devoted to a-2 year collection price contract they also needs to recognize the the set cost. The specialist they sent was simply an idot. He was in a rush and didn't worry about featuring us something about just how to make use of the DVR or other things for instance. I've had only sign problems and after 3 support efforts to obtain it mounted it nevertheless wasn't working right. I believe it had been a poor LNB about the meal but DTV might do-nothing to assist but hand out reasons. Enough was enough together I named to stop my support plus they set me on having a stop service specialist. LAUGH!!! He provided me a $10 per month credit for that next 12 weeks, then $20 along with a $100 credit. Do the math 83.99 x-11 weeks is $923.89 - the $220 is $703.89 in my own wallet not Strong TVis. No body at Direct TV could be respected!!! Bad support throughout!!!
