False Advertising/Poor Service

I've never complained of a business, support or something in my own lifetime. I'm not that type of individual, or I thought I had been not until lately changing to DirectTV. A few weeks before I had been seeking to conserve money while maintaining my current quality channels. I shifted from Charter Communications (been together for more than 15 years) to DirectTV. Our family and friends had informed me concerning the insufficient party and bad customer support from DirectTV but I chose to change anyway. This turned out to be the largest error that I've available

I experienced a 3rd party organization named Wise Men and was informed that I'd seldom free my party. I given that I existed at the very top of the hill and had required my Television reception during storms. I had been spoken into changing. They arrived to set up my gear and quit my current surround system disconnected. I obtained various gear than what I had been guaranteed. I named CS plus they mentioned they might have somebody return out the following weekend. Man never turned up and that I had dropped my party many times since that time. (each time it stormed). Named back and experienced the exact same procedure, man never turned up for connecting my surround system again. I subsequently got my statement and was nothing beats my estimate provided. I had been subsequently about the telephone back and final with Smart Men and DirectTV for months. Each performed the “Blame Game”. I eventually chose to switchback to Constitution the moment possible. I called DirectTV and was used in among the nastiest customer support supervisors I've actually talked to. I described my extremely disappointed encounter using the organization and he or she really honestly explained that it had been after dark one month time period to stop their providers of course if I needed to carry on using the termination it'd charge me over $500.00 value of termination charges. I had been merely surprised.

I'm currently caught with this specific organization for that next 1-year and 9 weeks. I'm having to remain together. I reduce my Television support each time it storms / breeze hits and that I am today spending significantly more than I had been at Constitution and that I dropped all my premium stations following the 3-month free supply! Excellent choice! Lesson learned and that I am today on the quest to see as many folks when I may not to drop for this company’s lies. To possess to cover something that I reduce each time it storms is absurd and really should be illegal. Don't switch to directtv, you'll regret it!!!
