I called Direct TV to make my account current. When I contacted Direct TV on June 30th I was informed that they have charged my visa $597.00. The representative lacked understanding on what to do which caused the situation to delay in a positive resolution. However, after he made adjustments and spoke to other parties, I was suppose to receieve a refund of $265.00 to my visa card within 72 hours. I called again to confirm the representatives actions on July5,6, and today the July 8th. The issue is still not resolved. I had to request a supervisor due to I was told the credit was placed on my Direct TV account and will not go to my visa until after 30 days. I advised all parties this was unexceptable. And requested high person with authority. Brian (employee # 436294) told me he would resolve the issue but it will take 8 days for a response and I will be refunded on $210.00 because they took another payment and he replay " Well, thats all good because it begins your account completely currently". I replied, "No, its not because it is my funds and I received a statement that my bill is not due to July 20th. This situation has already caused such an inconvenience and I need my funds returned ASAP and I am will to continue to escalate until someone take action.
