I purchased my 50" Samsung tv in November. After 24 months my lamp went poor and thus with my guarantee I'd the ballast, light, and color wheel altered. Convinced that I shouldnt have trouble next viewing s the way the lights are suppose to last a couple of years, didn't increase my guarantee. Today after 12 months the light blew again plus they stated there has to be another thing wrong using the tv that maintains producing the light setback. Well I previously had a lot of issues changed this past year, and so I do not truly realize why I've to pay for to obtain my tv set when there appears to be a standard within the item or simply produce poor items. They do not appear to care what-so actually about my criticism and my pleasure. Today I'd like everybody to understand they have bad quality and bad customer care, nor buy a samsung television if you don't wish to repair it each year or two, nickel and diming you once you invest a large number of bucks on the item thinking it had been likely to be of exceptional quality.
