Phineas and Ferb at 6am replaced toddler-friendly shows

Why are Phineas and Ferb on at 6:00 am? This time slot used to be occupied by Jo Jo's circus or other toddler friendly shows. I can't let my two year olds watch this show while they eat their breakfast. I am very disappointed in the Disney Channel's decision making.
