Fail to provide warrenty service

I purchased a television worth 2800 bucks and bought a 550 buck 3 yr warrenty for inhome support and best coverage from repait technology for my expense. After i called them, no respone. They're from bussiness i've been told. Our tv isn't working which repair tech isn't there anymore. My money is lost. Its very annoying. I'd like my money back or repair completed. I've been told that they're in judge. Is there any method to offficailly document a complaint against them.
