Erroneus info and overcharging

Our house was ruined by fireplace and water damage. Me and my kids dropped anything we possessed. I'd the insurance through directv and two brokers explained they'd protect it. They actually agreed to deliver the gear after I named nevertheless I had been desolate. Today my house is fixed and that I am looking to get repaid. They're today informing me they'll not get it done, once they guaranteed. Allstate claims they don't protect something from directv. Please support!!
