Direct Path is horrible with customer service! Waited all day to meet with serviceman. Notice a voicemail and he said he would return at a later date! My phone never rang! Just noticed a voice mail 3 minutes after it was left and could not get serviceman to return to condo. Disgusted with Direct Path, use another cable provider if you have a choice!!
