I am a new customer w/charter and my bill has been a problem for 5 months straight. When i go local office they quote a price based on what services i tell them i need. Every bill i have recieved has been way more than the quote. I have been in the office every single month at least once and sometimes twice and to my fave they say they will correct the problem, and yet my bill is still not right, plus i went and bought a new router to solve one of the problems... Because they said i"have to have it" then i find out it does not fix the problem. I used comcast for 3 years straight and never had this much trouble. I think someone at charter should be resposible for the lies that are told to a custome
