Cancelling premium channels

Our lord, I can't think how challenging it's to stop premium programs at Directv. I told the consultant assisting me that I needed to stop Starz/Showtime atleast 3 times before he was prepared to fall his sales hype and recognize my request. Actually informing him that I'm presently unemployed (that we am!) had no effect originally upon his slogan. I understand the repetitions are compelled to push revenue down clients throats (based on my stint in a Run call-center) using the risk when they do not fulfill a particular allowance they may be dismissed. This really is this type of poor method to conduct business, but Directv yet others proceed merrily along enjoying their thousands.
