The customer service is really bad, I would never, ever, ever try to use Direct TV for our satellite connection again

29.99 isn't really that cost, it'snot actually in a position to be described. The client support is truly poor, I'd never, actually, ever attempt to utilize Direct TV for the satellite link again... The only path you will get reduce them would be to shut your bank balances and cut-up your creditcard...
