I have been on ATT Uverse since 4/09; phone, tv and internet. Since day one the service just drops, mostly the phone service. I have had many "agents" at my house, all with different stories about why something isn't working. One who just didn't show up, and one that was so rude I had to ask him to leave and filed a comnplaint. (Funny my phone service went out completely 4 days later). I work out of my home, and this disruption is costly and irritating yet they never care enough to get anyone out to fix in a timely manner. They hang up on you, they do not note actions on the account, etc etc etc. What a mistake switching to ATT UVERSE DO NOT DO IT unless you do not care to have service you can depend on.
