Never again

After getting obscure claims that people might anticipate our fridge inside a week, we quit the shop. Fourteen days later, we called back and were informed it'd likely appear soon. 1 week later, we called again. This time around, we were informed they never had any concept once the refrigerator might appear since because we bought it there have been shipping questions in the organization. Whenever we indicated disappointment and spoke towards the supervisor, he was defensive, fighting that American had created no error, recommending that people were never fooled, and heading as far as to accuse us of inappropriate misunderstanding! I had been not upset before supervisor declined to recognize that American had didn't sufficiently connect its recognized questions in delivery.

Never again.
