After not paying bill they called i wanted to cancel would not cancel called again they said they assumed i still wanted service kept billing and calling then sent to a collection agency according to there own payment terms it says be deactivated for non-payment the only agreement i every got is the one on the bill this started as one free year with purchase of vehical thenthe price goes up with each bill just like the on-star service oftered with vehical
