Owed $536 taken from account, complaint filed with Iowa Attorney General

They have owed us 536 dollars that they stole out of our account back on Feb. 3rd 2010. I have been given every excuse in the book and still no money. Today I filled out a formal complaint with the Attorney General of Iowa. After reading here and other web sites it is apparent that this is part of there long list of deceptive practices. It is outright robbery and fraud I hope enough people complain to the state authorities and maybe something can be done to stop there thievery and deception. I vote for closing them down permanently.
