I have been a coustmer of direct tv since 1996 and never had a late payment today 3/1 received a call telling me I had to pay the Jan bill that I had forgotten about by phone & even after telling the rep. That I had scheduled Jan & Feb bill to be paid on line my service was terminated as of today 3/1
