Early disconnet charge

I named about the 21-day of January and requested for an earlier dissconnect. I spoke to some woman, her title was, Joyce. I discussed that My Buddy-in law couldn't spend his lease and needed to move. Joyce, stated "I would like to discover what I will do to assist you. I had been advised to put on and he or she could be straight back. I did so so. When Joyce delivered, stated I've great information, You'll just spend $100.00. I requested "are you certain, easily spend a $100.00, that my statement is likely to be completely.""Joyce stated, "yes". Today I am very greatfull on her aid and we said goodby. I figure I Will get a statement for $100,00, but insted I get a statement for $371.00. This many absobent amount. I want to Understand What happened to Joyce as she, "Did estimate me an expense of$100.00. If this were You, "what might you be prepared to spend?

Iam unsatisfied using the notice I've obtained, or the discussion together with your Rep. I'd not recommened this support to anyone ever. Loretta
