Rude and/or Untrained Technicians

Mastec and DirecTV "dismissed" all and any sophisticated or senior technicians to conserve money, usually, in whatever way they might. The organization is staffed with rude and inefficient/inexperienced people. The several educated technicians are overcome. For instance, we've a multistory building plus one of the technicians chose to slice the stops off all of the wires, which been designated. Today, to be able to determine which wire would go to which device, all of them need to be "re-toned", that will be additional time and cash. The rude technology who simply quit did not understand that he wasn't just speaking with the property director as of this top end home, but additionally Who Owns the management organization. There have to be choices. I've been coping with 9 years of Mastec crisis, and I've had enough.
