Required an trial which stated 30 days free, on checking for that free trial I had been billed. I reported and requested for reimbursement they claim they cant b'cox i ticked the Conditions & conditions container.

That in my experience is unjust, no body says a-2 pager T&D's for checking DVDis! Obvious situation of getting client to get a trip.
