Never received the "Cosby Show" box set

I requested "Nanny Boxset" and also the "Cosby Boxset". I obtained confirmation the products have been delivered and just obtained the "Nanny Boxset". I'd the verification email delivered to might work email address and dropped the confirmation email.

I've been billed for that item and want to obtain it. I've no method of calling them for that authorized paperwork from FED-EX is in oriental. The bill claims two deals and again I've just acquired one.
