Dvd scam

I visited the website after searching for the complete boxset of JAG. On the website it was advertised as a genuine boxset. After waiting several weeks for it to arrive I was shocked and upset to find that the "genuine boxet" was actually a poorly packaged collection of fake dvds, which had obviously been recorded from a video source.

After emailing the company to complain I was given the excuse that "an Official DVD Collection has never been released for this series and what you received was a Collectors/Fan Version"
This was of little consolidation as, via their website, I had been led to believe that the boxset was official not an illegal boxset.

I was offered the option of returning the dvds, but I am finding this difficult as the billing information that came with the package was in chinese, and as I am not fluent in chinese I am unable to return them and be refunded.
