Overcharged

I ended our Primary TV support following a year. I shipped them back their recipient and got verification that my statement was at 0. The following month I obtained a statement from their store declaring I owed them $100. For early termination fee. They stated I'd decided to maintain the support for just two years not 1. Used to do not need to maintain their awful support for another year and not decided to 24 months. They are in possession of an assortment company after me attempting to gather the $100 charge I WOn't spend.
