Early this season, my spouse and that I terminated DirecTV. Many months later, we instantly obtained a $370.17 bill for support and gear we no further use! We'd changed to Verizon FIOS, but were still receiving charged

Their customer support is terrible. They'dnot actually react to our criticism, and alternatively, simply moved us onto their Selections organization. We were faithful clients who settled our expenses promptly. We did not deserve their therapy.
