I am not by yourself! I"ve hired DVDis from HV for a long time without any issues whatsoever so far. I delivered two DVDs, early (meaning prior to the deadline) within their outside steel container. Then I obtain a post-card declaring this 1 DVD wasn't delivered. I immediatelly named the Severna Park shop and advised them they created an error, and also the HV worker stated their program never makes errors. I subsequently named the HV 800 customer support quantity, and after waiting nearly half an hour on-hold, I advised them of my issue which the DVD was delivered. Talked to some lady; she claims they simply had a brand new program mounted in the last fourteen days. Additionally, the store-manager where I hired the DVD was recently release. She got my title/quantity and that I was educated that my account could be known the area supervisor and that I might get a call-back in 2 to 3 times. 2 wks later the statement comes, with no return telephone call HV. The statement is seeking cost of $45.51 for that DVD, of course if I actually donot react, they might cost my charge card. I am arguing with notice to corporate and burning the Attorneygeneral's Consumer-Protection workplace and greater business agency. I personally use to like HV, but after studying many related grievances, it seems like a simple wasy to fraud people.
