Have not received Visa Gift Card as Promised

I approached Appreciate Better Television via an ad for Dish Network campaigns. They provided $100.00 gasoline discounts to register, that we have obtained the deals to email in. They also provided a $50.00 Credit Giftcard to offset the price of the bond fee after I stated that I really could register with Directv without any connection charge. This gift-card I've not obtained by July 22 and that I was in touch with Appreciate Greater Television in May. I've positioned many calls towards the customer support with guarantees the demand continues to be put into the "Spreadsheet". Potentially that Dish Network may free clients due to the guarantees produced by the corporation that'll not follow-through.
