AT&T Uverse
Does not honor advertised promotions

We recently changed to AT&T Uverse from Time-Warner due to all of the "exclusive campaigns" these were providing. We were designed to get $275 in discounts. We achieved all the needs for that discounts but haven't gotten something. I approached their campaigns division get our discounts plus they allegedly needed care of anything. 2 nights later, I get a contact that claims our refund request was refused. WTF? I've hardcopies of the fine-print of the discounts which obviously suggests that we've fulfilled all of the needs and that I cannot appear to obtain a cent from them. Today I'll need to invest another time about the telephone together to obtain our discounts. When they don't recognize them, it's totally bogus advertising and dishonest. They make use of the campaigns to attract you around after which don't come through on the guarantees. I'd customer support difficulties with AT&T quite a long time before and promised not to utilize them again. I ought to have discovered my training.
