I will never refer anyone to AT&T

I'm an authentic client of Bellsouth. While AT&T purchased Bellsouth, I stayed a person. I recently improved to a AT&T Uverse pack: phone, web and cable TV. Though I am pleased with these products, I'm disatisifed and furious about their customer support methods. I first encounter bad customer support from AT&T Uverse after I named to confirm my discounts. After I registered for that support, I had been guaranteed many discounts by client solutions. Once the discounts did not materialized after 8 weeks, I named and was informed I'd not have them and also the prior individual was incorrect. There is no try to supply assistance or correct the issue. I wasnot likely to get any discounts and there wasnot something I really could do about this. Our next criticism was after I called household to AT&T Uverse. While my loved ones demand support, they described to client service that I called them. At virtually no time did customer support let them know that it'd to be achieved online or did AT&T inform me I'd to join up online to send someone. After I named to confirm my recommendation, I had been informed I want many bits of private information concerning the member of the family I called. I acquired that info and called back. Again, I had been informed I want extra information and left feeling like I had been being provided the run-around. Main point here - you're by yourself and really shouldnot assume any customer support from AT&T Uverse. I'll never send one to AT&T and am seeking to change my providers for their rivals inside a couple weeks.
