Service never keeps appointments

I've been looking to get my Immediate Television set for months today. They maintaining producing visits evening and after evening and not appear. Occasionally they contact at 4PM to express had didn't arrived at my region that evening. Why could not they inform me that at 9 AM? Why make me delay all day long like a hostage in my own home once they had no purpose of actually visiting the region?

Then Your following day they contact at 4pm (the man was designed to display sometime between 8 am and 4 pm) to express he was only nearby and could be there within fifteen minutes. They call-back at 5pm to express he ought to be there even while we talk, they contact at 630pm to request if my issue was solved from the specialist WHO NEVER CONFIRMED

Wash wash and replicate evening after planned evening when I am held a hostage in my home.
