Excess charges, rudeness in customer service

Charter Communications place a cost on my payment to get a service used to do not obtain to incorporate a-one-time cost for altering my support. After I named customer service I had been rudely informed that I'd required this cost however it could be eliminated for a different one-time cost for altering my support.
