Charter Communications place a cost on my payment to get a service used to do not obtain to incorporate a-one-time cost for altering my support. After I named customer service I had been rudely informed that I'd required this cost however it could be eliminated for a different one-time cost for altering my support. I talked with intended boss "Trish" who got the support down and also the one time cost for eliminating it down although not the cost for placing it on within the first place. She abandoned each time I attempted t talk so when I really could ultimately question her why she kept interrupting me she stated "since you are rude" and hung-up on me. After I called back again to create a criticism I talked with intended boss "Rocco" and was informed the same which he was the greatest degree to consult with until I went in to the nearby workplace (Oh yes, I'll be performing that without a doubt). He'd not take a criticism against "Trish". Constitution has got the worst status for telecommunications of this type and today I understand why. We are changing providers the moment possible.
