No information/service after payment

I entered in to a deal with flow online films on 04/08 and also the amount of $49.90 was taken from my credit card on 04/10 with deal explanation 'CLKBANK.com_SFZEX86N 800-6035-identification US' and reference range 24692169099000745866598.

I've not obtained any info in my own email address from flow online movies.com regarding this transaction even though organization has taken the cash from my consideration and that I haven't been permitted use of obtain films as was the foundation of the deal.

I'd appreciate if I'm permitted entry for film packages, providers I taken care of, or my cash delivered to my bill.
