Unable to resovle issue

I bought a tv r52wh76 model with in months of having the tv the color went out after 5 service visits from a tv repairman and many calls to RCA they agreed to finally replace the unit, I have had the new unit for about 13 months now this unit does not turn on at all after calling RCA they said that there in nothing they could do. I asked to speak a supv and I am still waiting for a call this the worst service that I have ever received. I work with customers every day and I would never treat my customers the way that I have been treated. I have other RCA TVs in my home but they are older models and I guess made to last more then this 52" model because I have never had troble out of them. To be told that the model that they replaced only would be covered for 90 days and that there is nothing that they could do is totally unexceptable. Again you would think that these new tv's would be built to last it is very upsetting not to have a TV that I saved to get not work after a 13 months. This tv is not even used on a daily basis I hope that other people see this letter I would not recommend RCA products to anyone ever again
