Excessive, unjustified charges

I've been acquiring unjustified costs and costs from Dishnetwork, only for purchasing worldwide channels just and declining to-order National stations, that we have with my cable business.

The costs are such things as: HD Allowing fee, TV2 support fee, Solo Recipient fee, DuoReceiver fee, HD Saving Servcie fee!!! After I attempted to challenge the costs, I had been informed that they're all legitimate and that I can't challenge them. Even if I mentioned the saving isn't another function of the DVR which ought to be suggested by its title (Digital Video Camera), the consultant repeated exactly the same phrase the costs are legitimate with no you could challenge them!!! These servcie costs represent about 35% of my bill!
