Ended order still being charged with no reimbursement

Approached and talked to some consultant plus they mentioned they'd stop my consideration and potential costs. Never returned the termination and billed for that the following month in a greater quantity than it had been decided to. Today the telephone number is disconnected and I put an end pay on potential costs which the financial institution charged me a charge for that. However they can't guarantee that'll quit it when they don't cost exactly the same quantity because they were designed to. Additionally attempted to challenge using the lender plus they stated since I have approved the very first deal, its not really a challenge and there's nothing I will do. Well I'm doing anything by rescheduling my bill with my lender generating grievances and processing reviews everywhere.
