Scam and cheating

The organization provided a DVR update, that they stated, needed another point. I declined and questioned when they had a 'splitter' They stated it had been in screening and could be obtainable in 3-6 weeks. I mentioned I Would use within in its' single-line config. 9 mos. Passed.in disappointment, I decided to purchase an minute DVR at my cost. After I hooked it-up, it'd not function, despite agreement and 90 mins with techsupport. After I told them 'create it function' or you'll shed me like a client. They stated 'to poor'!!! I delivered back all gear. They attempted to cost my charge card without my authorization so when I'd it corrected, they charged me for 'early firing' $600. Firing of providers not supplied!!!
