Don't trust them!

Requested HDTV four weeks before, and was informed they cannot deploy till 6 months forward... Hmmmm. Was told I'm a respected client and obtain free deploy and free update for container! This week got statement for $524 and also havenot actually got connected yet. After I named, (unable to get live individual for very long time) the woman explained I still need to spend $100 for container update but could be acknowledged for your remainder. I actually donot believe so! Terminated my purchase and critically considering additional options for Television company. How did Television get so damned pricey anyhow? Just curious.
