We first got primary tv through bluegrass satellite within the fall of 2003. It changed hands to pegasus a couple of months later after which that business finished in january. We'd made two payments in jan, one early in the month plus one at the conclusion of the month, $50 and $70. Primary tv got their account over in february. Small did we know our funds obtained locked up in pegasus throughout the change. My spouse made funds often by money gram or western union, occasionally by bank account. She'd call and the machine would tell her how much to pay for. We wondered why there is always a difference in the charges when it was said to be the exact same. We contacted them about the account and they said we were behind and late charges were being used. Which was news to us because we weren’t obtaining any monthly claims. Based on them, we were receiving regular statements but it was not the case. Many months later we got about the phone together to breakdown the balances funds and that’s whenever we discovered none of the money from january had moved. Again and again we talked for them and they said there is nothing they might do about this. We told them we'd reciepts for your payments and they however rejected to assist. We finally received $50 back onto the account on june 17. To top everything off they'd installed the gear onto the same set up that dish network had mounted, exactly the same post, same wiring, all-they did was connect boxes and install their satellite. After dropping sign countless times we discovered the meal needed to be installed where there's nothing to block its type of sign. The dish was in the backyard with 20 or even more trees in its route. Dropping sign constantly was why we eliminated dish network after 6 decades. A few years passed and we however reported about dropping party, your billing and we still needed your $70 from pegasus. After threatening to get another support they sent someone out in 2007 we think, perhaps 2008 to reinstall your meal to where it'd a definite signal course. He assured me he would look after this and clear the account due to all the problem and late fees we'd to cope with for over five years. The direct tv consideration has been around my wifes name for several of those decades, we’ve been married 18 years, and that i allow her pay a few times with my bank card. I've never approved direct tv to store our bank card figures, i can get on the device and let them know i permit them to take the cost this 1 time rather than to keep it. Although we've told them since december about all these problems which we were going to choose another support, these records were never taken and the bill however elevated. Even if we'd no service they still charged like we still had it. Nowadays, feb 18, primary tv took from my banking account $202.38 with they'd no authorization from. I called them and all i acquired was the runaround. I'd request a boss and that i might get used in another division. Lastly after the third-time, oscar, allegedly, got on the website and said he was a. Again, i got nowhere with him. He explained my card was on file also it wasn’t authorized to become. All these folks i spoke to have so rude as though we all lie and since they think they've the power to complete what they need. Wait until i obtain a lawyer with this. So much for direct tv.
