Taking funds from account

Since March of $11.99 hasbeen removed from a shut banking account, that reopened once the emusic delivered costs to it. Because of the reoccuring costs I had been charged facility fees and return product costs. I will have a stability of $409.00 as a result of this problem. The financial institution wouldn't shut the consideration so long as they delivered it through. No body can help and emusic is non-responsive and proceeds to withdraw funds.
