The cable company lied

They told me that if i change my serve that i would be able to except collect calls because my son is in prison an that the only way i have to stay in touch with him the lady i talked to told me that she understood because she had a son in prison to because i told them that if i could not except collect calls from him that i would not change serve well after a promise from them that i would be able to take collect calls i find out the next day that i have to prepay for the calls so I've been dealing with this since 12-18 an they wont me to pay 88.30 for them taking so long for them to turn my number back over to A&t because the hole time A&T gave me a number to use 864-576-7384 that i used the hole time
