Screen blinking continously and click sound going on

I purchased Sansui B2B 15-P - model, on 14/09/08 from V.K. Businesses, Badarpur Border, New Delhi.

Itis functioning well-but instantly there inside started press audio which heading continously and abruptly

Television display flashing means car display on / off and it's really moves also continuously.

Just in case, I changed Television. I actually donot understand wht occurring precisely in Television.

I really hope that it will be changed by sansui organization.
