Beware

Well, check your bank statements folks... I write checks to Cox!!! And got electronically debited for 2 other people’s accounts. I almost didn’t notice except I was low on funds... They are sneaky and then try to make you do all the research to prove they took your money in error. I have been dealing with these people for 2 months... Had to send a BBB complaint to help resolve this. We will see if it works/helps the situation. What ever happened to the customer is always right. Not for Cox... You need them they don’t need you a customer someone who pays their salaries!
