Fraud and cheating

This company is nothing but fraudulent. They promise high speed internet. You call to order the service and are NEVER told about any fair access until you begin to have problems with the service. My current dial up speed provides faster service than theirs ever did. After contacting them on NUMEROUS occassions and receiving a different case number for EACH call we had finally had enough. We were then told by one of their CSR's to please give them a couple of weeks to work out the problem and if it wasn't fixed by then they would waive the cancellation fee. Well... It wasn't fixed. Then my teenager called to cancel the service WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE or my permission and they did so. They would not turn the service back on without charging me $25.00 even though his name is not on the bill. So I agreed keep it canceled and explained again that I was told the termination fee would be waived. But they couldn't find a record of that conversation nor any other conversation I had with them in the past. I have forwarded a complaint to them as well as the BBB where I see that there have been over 300 complaints filed for the same thing.
