Very poor quality control!

Quality-control is extremely bad, in most 3 boxed models I obtained Approximately. 20% of the DVD wouldn't "available". What's promising is after I named to ask what I really could do to obtain substitutes, I had been informed I'd obtain a reimbursement [$ 400.00], it had been acknowledged to my bill i 3days. To become reasonable, if the corporation had better-quality control of the items, I'd have now been pleased with all 3 models.in my own situation these were TRUTHFUL.
