Beware & Be Patient - Customer Service

I ordered the complete series of Murder She Wrote, after halfway thru the series, I found 3 disc's that were from other TV shows, so I called TVDVDWorld, it took me 3 trys to get thru and I only got thru on the 3rd try because I wasn't going to give up, I waited on the phone for someone to answer for almost 1.5 hours, then I was told to scan the whole set first to be sure there were only 3 wrong disc's and then to call back, I told them the email address they list is wrong also, they supplied a alternate email contact address. It only took about an hour to get someone after I had scanned all 45 dvd's, they did issue a credit for the 3 dvd's. The quality of the DVD's is low to fair, they had been taped from the Discovery TV channel, sometimes you get a commercial in the shows, sometimes you don't get the full show, but some parts missing. Overall for the price I'd have to say it was worth it (after the credit), if you want to watch a series from start to finish and only miss a few shows. The waiting time for shipment and customer service is very poor though and needs a lot of improvement, as well as their screening of there merchandise for errors -ie quality control.
